Around Angel Island

A night swim with strong tides, winds up to 25 km/h and water temperatures of 16–18°C. Dina successfully completed the swim and became first Croatian to do so.

Escape from Alcatraz

Despite its short distance, the route is extremely demanding due to strong currents and cold water. Dina successfully completed the legendary “Escape from Alcatraz.”

Derwent River

Starting at 3:30 a.m. under starlight, this technically complex and tide-affected swim makes Dina one of the few swimmers in the world to complete it and the first Croatian.

Rottnest Channel

One of the world’s largest open-water events, with waves, wind, and currents requiring additional distance. Dina became the first Croatian to complete the Rottnest Channel.

104 Dalmatians

April-November 2024
Project of swimming around 104 islands, islets, and rocks in Dalmatian part of Adriatic sea. swims from 50m to 16km. Project aimed to promote beauties of islands and importance of preserving them and raised money for projects on islands.

Robben Island (Freedom Swim)

19 February –7.4 km – 2:11:00
Dina swam in honor of Nelson Mandela, becoming the first Croatian to complete the crossing.

Cape Point

14 February –8 km – 2:17:00
A highly challenging swim at the meeting point of the Atlantic and Indian oceans; Dina became the first Croatian to complete it.

False Bay

Dina became the 19th person in the world and the first Croatian to finish the crossing.

With this, she achieved the Original Triple Crown (English Channel + North Channel + Bristol Channel), becoming the 13th person in the world and the first Croatian to do so.

With 2022 North Channel, and Galway bay Dina became the 6th person in the world to complete the Irish Triple Crown.

14 March 2023 – 23 km – 11:00:00
With this crossing, Dina became the 23rd person in the world to complete all seven Ocean’s Seven channels and the youngest female and second youngest overall at the time.

21 August 2022 – 34.5 km – 10:26:58
After 38,874 strokes and extremely demanding conditions, Dina reached the Scottish shore, becoming the 104th person in the world and the first Croatian to complete this notoriously difficult channel.

Gibraltar Strait

18 June 2022 – 15.5 km – 3:03:00
After two pandemic years and six years of waiting, Dina completed the Gibraltar crossing with the 2nd fastest women's time and 11th overall (722 single and 10 double crossings recorded by then).

Tsugaru Strait

19 August 2019– 30 km – 7:13:15
She became the first Croatian to complete the Tsugaru Strait, set a course record for non-tandem swim, and became the 47th person to complete this channel.

After Catalina and the English Channel, Dina completed her third channel in the Ocean’s Seven project, achieving the 3rd fastest women’s time and 7th fastest overall (out of 87 crossings at the time) and becoming first Croatian to complete it.
